Tom Romer: if you are in the u.k. make sure that you're on the electoral register and then apply for an Argos Card, if accepted use it carefully and pay it regularly, after a few months apply for other credit. However if you're not working you are not likely to get much.
Erica Bottaro: without a job it is difficult to get a cc. try to get a secured cc. that is a card where you put up money and then use the cc. try the bank you use. sometimes a bank that is familiar with you will extend credit. good luck
