Monty Sieloff: Whoa, definitely don't do them every day man. The work outs aren't what build muscle, it's the recovery. You need at least 48 hours in between work outs for a full recovery.I would say if you have to do it your way, do it every other day. If you can, get a gym membership. What you are doing isn't bad, but it pales considerably compared to a solid work out at the gym.Other than that, cut back on your fast food, and high fat foods. Don't cut your calories or carbs too much, just don't consume too many fats. Marquetta Gimm: probably work more on cardio than muslce building. It would also be a good idea to cut out the fatty foods. Ask ur doctor. I once knew this guy who was really over weight and he had to have his man boobs removed:( Hope that helps
