Stevie Goldey: Any military base that would have a motorcycle safety class would only be open to Active Duty military, Reserves, National Guard, and dependents of military members. They would not be open to the general public.You would find these motorcycle safety courses at all military bases as completion of these courses are a prerequisite to getting the base sticker that allows the motorcycle to be operated on a military base.
